Adobe After Effects is a great tool to create visual effects and motion graphics. You can create multiple layers using videos or images to create scenes, animations, visual art and images.

This video will also show you how to properly export your image to a PNG or JPEG file. Setting the correct time code is important because the longer you make your video the more PNG files you will export. Adobe After Effects gives you the option to export your composition as a PNG sequence. But if you're only looking to export one image then you would need to set your time code to only one frame.

Red Giant Trapcode Form is a software program that you can buy as a plugin for Adobe After Effects. Trapcode Form offers fun particle systems to create beautiful effects. This video will show you how to add a City OBJ effect and how to change the color and glow settings.

To create the starfield background, you will add an effect and preset called CC Ball action. With a few settings adjustments, you will get this beautiful starfield background. If you're interested in more videos like this check out Digital Art Effects Youtube channel.
